Your garage door is the largest moving component in your home and you depend on it daily. A little preventative care goes a long way — regular tune‑ups extend the life of your door and opener, ensure safety features work correctly and catch small issues before they become expensive repairs. For a limited time, Ingstrup Garage Doors is offering a 32‑Point Safety Inspection and Tune‑Up for just $99 per residential door system.
Our certified technicians follow a comprehensive checklist to evaluate every aspect of your door system and opener. Here’s a snapshot of what’s included:
Safety Tests & Balance Check: We test opener safety features (UL 325 non‑contact and contact reverse tests) and weigh the door to confirm proper spring tension and balance. An unbalanced door causes premature wear and poses a safety hazard.
Detailed Visual Inspection: We visually inspect springs, cables, rollers, hinges, track and hardware for wear or damage. We also check the stop molding, bottom seal and astragal for deterioration.
Lubrication & Adjustments: All bearings, rollers, hinges and drive mechanisms are lubricated, we tighten hardware, adjust chain/belt tension and calibrate limits and force settings.
Opener & Safety Sensor Check: Our technicians inspect the opener’s mounting, drive mechanism and the overall operation of the opener. We test the manual release handle and make sure the photo‑eye sensors are properly aligned.
Detailed Report: After the tune‑up, you’ll receive a condition report outlining any issues found and our honest recommendations, so you can make informed decisions.
Trusted Expertise: Our technicians are trained to perform a comprehensive inspection on every repair or replacement, giving you peace of mind.
Preventative Value: Annual tune‑ups lengthen the life of your garage door and opener and reduce the chance of costly breakdowns.
Customer‑First Approach: Our core values are customer satisfaction, honesty, integrity, collaboration, continuous improvement and accountability. We bring those values to every job and treat your home like our own.
Transparent Pricing: At $99 per door, there are no hidden fees. We’ll only recommend additional repairs if they’re truly needed.
