After A1 broke my garage, and then Speedy Garage tried to scam me, I finally came across Caleb and Ingstrup. Within seconds it was obvious that Caleb was experienced, kind, and prepared. He treated me almost like a coworker you’ve known for a long time. There was zero bull, and he was in and out within 2 hours, and I was left with a perfectly working and fixed garage. Appreciate Charlie and the team at Ingstrup! I submitted an online form and received a call the same day to schedule a free consultation. They worked with our schedule, and communication was clear throughout, including a notification when the technician was on the way.
Charlie was great from start to finish. He answered our questions, explained what could be causing the issues, and walked us through repair and replacement options and potential costs. He was able to service our existing system and update some connections to help extend its life. After going far too long without a working garage door, it’s a relief to be able to use it again!

I recently contacted Ingstrup for the installation of a new garage door opener. I worked with Charlie “the Champ” who was great. Charlie took the time to discuss all the options before hand, did great work on the installation, and walked me through everything upon completion. He even did some routine maintenance on our existing opener. I would highly recommend Ingstrup (and Charlie) for any garage door needs!

Charlie came to check out the cables that have come undone from our garage. My partner and I had an incident where the wires from the door sensors got tangled in the garage door, and the cables got tangled in the wires and had to be undone. Charlie immediately was attentive in identifying that he could reuse the cables that were already there, and was very open about the fact that we do not have to pay for new cables if we didn’t want to. Charlie was able to restring the cables, as well as go out of his way to check the rollers and joints to make sure they were functioning properly. After hearing our story about how the wires got caught in the door, Charlie gave us extra wire he had in his truck so that we could rewire our sensors and not have to buy new ones. My partner and I are extremely impressed and thankful for the fantastic service Charlie provided, and will definitely be using his services again in the future!
