Great service! Our garage door was broken and needed to be fixed. They ended up having someone in the area earlier than our appointment and reached out to see if we wanted to move it up. Charlie was super friendly and professional – answered all my questions and explained what needed to be done. Will definitely be using them again!

Devin was a great technician especially for being newer to the garage door repair business.explained the work being performed and why.

Our garage door came off the track and then proceeded to bend or damage the tracks and other components. Devin did an excellent job evaluating the damage and provided an accurate estimate before starting work. He then proceeded to fix everything and avoided the worst case scenario of replacing the tracks. I would definitely use Ingstrup Garage Doors again: Their pricing was very fair, the work was excellent, and there was no attempt to upsell.

Great service from Caleb. Had Ingstrup come out to quote fixing old rusty tracks as well as replacing the very old opener with a new one. He went over multiple options and gave the advantages and tradeoffs. He was able to get an old, heavy wooden door working like new instead of a full replacement, which helped preserve the character of the house.
