All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment and are valid for the time period stated on the estimate.
Final pricing may change if additional issues are discovered during the course of service. We will communicate additional costs and obtain approval before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.
We accept major credit cards, checks, ACH transfers, and other approved payment methods. Late payments may incur fees or collection efforts.
Customers may reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if a technician is dispatched and access is not provided or notice is insufficient.
Same-day service availability is subject to scheduling and technician availability.
Products installed may be covered by manufacturer warranties. The terms and duration of such warranties are governed by the manufacturer and vary by product.
We may provide a limited workmanship warranty. Warranty details, scope, and duration will be provided at the time of service. Workmanship warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or acts of nature
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Lack of proper maintenance
Warranty claims must be made promptly following service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Ingstrup Construction, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from services, use of this website, scheduling, or related interactions.
Our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
Customers must:
Provide safe and timely access to work sites
Communicate relevant information and changes promptly
Follow all safety instructions provided by technicians
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect service performance and outcomes.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
