Charlie is our Service Field Supervisor and a certified service technician with over six years of garage door experience. He supports our service team while also working directly with homeowners to diagnose issues, explain solutions, and make sure every door is running smoothly. If there’s a problem to solve, Charlie’s your guy — and he genuinely enjoys helping people!
Before joining the garage door industry, Charlie played college baseball at Wayne State and is a loyal Detroit Tigers fan. Outside of work, he’s an avid golfer — sometimes chasing birdies, sometimes just chasing his ball out of the rough.
Looking ahead, Charlie hopes to retire and move west, where the pace is slower, the weather is better, and the golf courses are plentiful.
