Carolyn has been with Ingstrup for nearly four years and is a pro when it comes to talking with customers. She excels on the phones, making every interaction smooth, friendly, and effective, while also helping lead and support our CSR team so they can deliver their best service.
When she’s not managing calls, solving problems, and keeping the office running like clockwork, Carolyn is likely spending time with her husband and four kids, hiking a local trail, painting, or enjoying a little downtime with video games. She dreams of one day traveling to the UK — where the adventures are hopefully a little calmer and more relaxing than at home! A lifelong sports fan, Carolyn cheers loudly and proudly for the Detroit Lions and Tigers.
