As our Operations Manager and resident jack-of-all-trades, Bailey brings over five years of hands-on experience, handling everything from coordinating teams and managing customer service to solving the unexpected (and occasionally chaotic) problems that pop up every day. She takes pride in supporting her team and adapting to new challenges with a steady, solution-focused mindset.
Outside of work, Bailey loves cheering her daughter on at sporting events, attending concerts, traveling, golfing, and snowboarding. She also enjoys unwinding with a good movie, TV show, or book—and is patiently waiting to hit it big at the casino so she can retire somewhere sunny.
